Agreement of Purchase

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of purchase by and between Atelier Haslet Vuran ("Seller") and the purchaser ("Buyer"). By completing the purchase, Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Purchase

Buyer agrees to purchase the items listed in their order, subject to availability and Seller's policies.

2. Shipping and Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed and delivered within 7 to 14 business days after the order has been placed.
  • Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs incurred will be communicated to the Buyer prior to finalizing the purchase.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Buyer has 14 days from the date the item is shipped to change their mind regarding the purchase.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued. Instead, the purchase amount will be credited to a gift card, which can be used for future purchases and is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
  • Return Shipping Costs: All costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the Buyer.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal, financial, or proprietary information exchanged during this transaction. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Customer information
  • Order details
  • Payment information

5. Limitation of Liability

Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of products sold under this Agreement.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Modification of Terms

Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Seller's website, and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to review these terms periodically.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.

By completing the purchase, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
